Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMutton
  2. 10Cashewnuts
  3. 6 tablespoonsPoppy seeds
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  6. 1 tablespoonLal mirch powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonSugar
  8. 4 tablespoonsCurd
  9. 6 tablespoonsGinger garlic paste
  10. 1 and a halfOnion
  11. as requiredRose water
  12. 3Green cardamons
  13. 1Bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate mutton 2 hours with curd,salt,ginger garlic paste

    Take a kadhai put 6 tablespoon of refined oil then put a bay leaf,cardamon and sugar stirring all these for 1 min add onion paste then add salt,garam masala and kashmiri lal mirch, mix all these spices very well then add marinated mutton and cook for half an hour.

    When mutton gets soft then add poppy seed paste (soak poppy seed and cashew into milk for 20 mins then paste it) then mix for 5 mins after 5 mins switch off the flame and put 1 teaspoon of gulab jal.
