Ingredients

  1. 500 mlyogurt
  2. 3 tspgaram flour
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 litrewater
  5. 1 tspcooking oil
  6. 2big red onion
  7. 2big patotes
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2ginger grated
  10. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take yogurt in a bowl add gram flour turmeric and mix it.

    Yogurt mixture in the pot and add 500 ml water. Keep stirring it continuously bring to boil and simmer it. Now add remaining 500 ml water keep stirring it once in a while.

    Now add garlic and give it a stir. And it takes 30 to 45 mins for kadhi to get ready.

    Add oil in another pan,add dry chillies, now add onion, ginger and add potatoes and cook for 5 mins, add salt and add this in the boiling kadhi, let it cook for 5-10 mins or more. Kadhi is ready.You can serve it with rice.
