Steps

Take a mutton leg n make deep cuts and break the leg halfway through so that it bends.

Apply meat tenderizer, salt, ginger and garlic paste, vinegar, yogurt, red chilli powder, zeera crushed, garam masala.

Rub it very well over the raan n then cover it with cling n marinate overnight.

Next day put oil in a big pan n just fry the leg from all sides (each side will take approximately 8 to 10 mins.)

Then add the left over marination along with water and cover and cook on low flame till done. Leg should be completely tender and oil comes on top and the gravy thickens too.

Dish out and serve with veggies, fries and naan.
