Take dal in grinding jar add Jeera,green chillies,salt Ginger garlic,hing, turmeric,coriander,red chilli powder and grind in course paste with little water.

Now flip this batter in bowl and add fresh coriander leaves mix it well about 5 to ten minutes.

Then take Mustard oil in iron kadhai or normal kadhai then make small mangodi fry till golden brown and serve with ketchup or chutney.
