I cooked these porkloins 3 days ago. I stored in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator. I wanted it moist so I put it on a hot skillet added 1/2 cup of water and sprinkled 1/3 teaspoon of salt into the liquid. Heat covered for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes turned the meat. Added pinch of salt on top of each porkloin. Kept uncovered till liquids dehydrated. It turned out just like it came off the grill.
