I was jejely passing on my own at Zika villa ooooh, when @cookingwithseki carried her vegetable sauce to do me olonga(long throat), I ask her for recipe ooo🤓, but she was doing shakara for me, I vex, enter kitchen and did some yummilicious concoction 😋😋 and it turned out superb, so I did my own shakara for her, by mentioning her and posting it😂😂😂😂😂😂

Wash your veggies thoroughly with salt and clean water.

Slice them and set aside

Wash and roughly blend your tomatoes, pepper, onion and shombo and set aside(let the peppers be more than the tomato 🍅)

Set a clean pot on the fire and allow to dry. Pour in your palm oil(not too much please), don't bleach the oil, just allow to heat, throw in some sliced oil, iru and stir.

Then pour in your Tomatoes, pepper, onion and shombo mix.

Bring to a boil till well cooked for about 10-15mins.

Add your diced cow skin, meat, crayfish, knorr cube, Salt and a bit of the meat stock. (But in absence of stock, you can add a little water)

Allow to cook for 10mins.

Start adding your sliced veggies and some finely chopped onion with some crayfish again to ginger the swagger.

Stir properly and bring down your pot. Serve with white rice or even swallow😋.
