  • 1 boxTrader Joe's roasted red pepper soup
  • 1 cupchopped kale
  • 1 cupchopped bell pepper
  • 5-6 clovesgarlic pressed
  • 1 bagorgain veggie ground meat substitute
  • 3 teaspoonstaco seasoing
  • 1 teaspoonground cumin
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 cupblack beans
  • 1 cupcorn

Steps

  1. 1

    In slow cooker mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Slow cook on high 5-6 hours

  3. 3

    Serve with Greek yogurt, cheese and chopped green onions
