1/4 cupmilk
1 cupbarley poridge
Halfapple cubes
5-6grapes
Halfcup mineral water
3dates
Honey half tsp (optional)

Steps

Soak poridge in water for 10 min.take a pot add soaked poridge add dates cover it 10 min in low flame after 10 min add milk and cooked 45 min... refrigerate overnight

Next morning add grapes and apple cubes......or honey (optional) breakfast is ready
