Cut the chicken into 8 PCs,clean and marinate with the marinade mixture of salt,pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste,mixed herbs,white vinegar, oil,honey,yoghurt and a pinch red colour

Cover the chicken and let it absorb the marinade for 30mins-40 mins

Meanwhile,boil the potatoes and carrots for 8 mins,when cool, chop carrots,peel potatoes and cut into pcs

In an oven or using a 4 spoon oven style, bake the chicken for 10 mins,turn the chicken and bake for 5-8 mins again

Prepare the white sauce.put a tbsp of margarine in a sufuria on low heat,add in the white flour,mix until flour is roasted to light brown colour.remove from heat.after a minute of it cooling, add in milk and salt and pepper and mix well.

White sauce continued: now put on medium heat and keep mixing until the milk boils,lower heat and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins more while mixing it.remove from heat.

Take a baking dish and arrange the carrots and potatoes in it.pour some white sauce on that.make layers of the potatoes and carrots alternating with the white sauce

Place the baked chicken on the potatoes and spread its stock on the potatoes too

Bake for 10 mins and serve hot.
