1 cupMashed boiled potato
LeavesFinally chopped coriander1cup
1soon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoongaram msala
1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
To taste salt
3 teaspoonHing / asafoetida
1 teaspooncumin powder
1 teaspooncoriander
2 teaspoonoil
1 cupwheat flour

At first flour, potato, gingers paste and all spices do mix well. And make a dough. (no need water). Take a ball from dough and make a thepla. Now do shallow fry on hot tava. It is ready to serve.
