Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin
  2. onion
  3. salt n pepper
  4. veg stock
  5. double cream

Cooking Instructions

    Curve the pumpkin as desire shape take out all of the flesh

  2. 2

    In a saucepan heat oil add chopped onion with a clove of chopped garlic, saute with salt n pepper

  3. 3

    Cook the onion until soft add the pumpkin flesh in it and cook for 5 to 10 min occasionally stirring

  4. 4

    When pumpkin becomes soft add veg stock and cook for another 10 min add a little bit of cinnamon powder

  5. 5

    Blend the mixture then add double cream n cook for two min

  6. 6

    Serve with brown bread or croutons.
