3hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoonyellow mustard
1 tablespoonmayonnaise

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mash the egg yolks with a spoon and mix with yellow mustard and mayonnaise until smooth. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe it into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, and top with halved olives and chopped chives.
