Ingredients

  • For Making Bhalla------------
  • 1 cup Urad Dal
  • As neededWater to soak dal and grind it
  • 2 tbsp Raisin
  • As neededSalt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Asafetida
  • As neededOil to Fry
  • As neededWater to soak bhalle as per requirements
  • For garnishing----------
  • 2 cup Curd(fresh)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
  • 1/4 cup Hari Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Mint Powder
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal for overnight. Grind it. Now add asafetida and salt, and beat it in one direction upto become floppy.

    Now heat oil, make bhalla, put raisin in it and fry it. Bhallas are ready.

    Now soak all balls in water, for 10 min so that all excess oil remove and balls become soft.

    Now arrange bhallas in plate and garnish them. Dahi bhallas are ready to serve
