    Ak pan ma oil dal kar payaz Brown kar lay.

    Darak brown hu jaya tu adrak lahsan ka paste, sabut garam masala, salt or chanay dal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.

    Phir 3 glass pani or chawal dal kar paka nay kay liye rakh daay.

    Jab pani dry hu jaya tu hari mirch dal kar daam day daay 5 min kay liye

    Daam khol kar serve kary riatay kay sath.
