First, take 2 tsp oil then put tomato then put green chilli and salt, turmeric, ginger, jeera and wait till tomatoes turn soft.

Then put cauliflower and potato and mix it after 2 to 3 minutes, put red chilli powder and garam masala.

Allow the florets to turn soft. Serve garnishing with coriander leaves.
