Pancakes are ideal for breakfast... Potato pakora is perfect also for breakfast... And the shapes are sooo waoww... Kids love it alot.... #team6breakfast

Boil your potatoes and mash them. Do not over boil because it will absorb more water. Add your curry and spices, pinch of salt, add bread crumbs and corn flour.. mix well till you make a dough.

For the pancake, in a clean bowl, add your buttermilk and 2 egg yolk, mix well, add lemon zest and butter

Add your powdered ingredients, that's flour, baking soda salt and baking powder. Mix well and keep aside.

In another bowl, add your egg white and sugar, mix till fluffy. Add it to your batter.

I greased sandwich griller and fried it... for the syrup, add your sugar, colour and water and boil for about 3 minutes.Enjoy

For the devilled eggs, boil the eggs for about 12 minutes, allow it to cool and peel it off, cut into two equal halves and scoop out the yolk in a different container. Set aside and mash the yolk, add your mustard, mayonnaise and black pepper. Pour the mixture in a pipping bag and decorate it. I used tomatoes and baby spinach for garnishing.

Spread it on the board and shape it. Allow it to cool and fry. Enjoy wit tomato sauce
