Steps

Take 250 gm of besan.

Now add suji & sugar

Put some salt as per taste & turmeric powder

Now put lemon juice & oil.

Now put boiled water as per requirement.

Now mix it well and keep it aside for 30 - 45 mins.

After 30-45 mins add eno and little amount of water.

Pour water in the double boiler & you can use to make dhokla by placing it on the gas to heat.

Now keep a utensil stand on which you can keep the plate filled with besan mixture.

Grease the plate with oil before pouring the besan mix

Now pour the besan mixture in the plate and keep the plate on the stand.

The water in the utensil has heated and you can see the steam coming out from it.

Cover the utensil and cook dhokla for almost 15 minutes on a high flame.

To taste that your dhokla is ready or not, poke cooked dhokla with a knife, if the mixture does not stick to the knife. Dhokla is ready, turn off the gas and take it out the plate of dhokla from the utensil.

Allow dhokla to cool then separate it from the edges using a knife.

Turn the plate of dhokla on another plate and take it out.

Cut into shapes with a knife.

Now apply tadka. first take a pan put 1 spoon oil, half spoon mustard, roasted gently,now put 2 green chillies, then add 100 gm water to these spices add salt as per required,now add 2 spoons of sugar,now add curry leaves.

Then turn off the gas once water comes to boil.

Pour this tadka on the Dhokla with a spoon.

Now enjoy this besan dhokla with your family and friends.
