Steps

Brown chicken on each side. Remove. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook 3 minutes.

Add garlic and dried pepper. Cook 3 minutes.

Add butter. Melt then add flour. Cook 3 minutes.

Pour in stock and heavy cream. Stir. Add spices. Simmer. Add chicken back in.

Make dumplings. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add cream and stir together with hands. It should be slightly wet dough.

Take out chicken when done and break apart into pieces. Add back into the broth.

15 minutes before broth is done break the dough into small 1-2 inch pieces and put into the broth.
