Wash rice twice. Soak for 1/2 an hrs.

Grate 1 Carrot, beans finally chopped, chopped onion, tomato chopped. Once it done. Keep aside.

Heat oil in pressure cooker. Once it is hot. Add all the whole garam masala and 1 bay leaf.. Let it crackle for few seconds.

Then add chopped onion. Fry till it become light brown in colour. Add chopped vegetables.Fry it for few minutes. Then add crushed garlic and crushed ginger. Mix it well.

Add kabuli chana and rice. Fry till it mixed well. Add all the masala, garam masala and schezwan chutney and salt. Fry for few minutes.Add sufficient water. Close the lid. Wait for three whistle. Once it is done. Switch off the flame. Cool it. Open the lid. Transfer to a serving plate.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it is Ready to serve. Hot....Kabuli Chana pulao
