In a pressure cooker add ghee and oil, heat the oil and add cumin seeds and whole spices like, bayleaf, cinnamon, clove.

Then add chopped green chilli, onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Saute well.

Then add green peas and required amount of salt and saute for 2 minutes.

To make coconut milk grind 1 cup coconut, cardamom and fennel seeds along with 2 cup of water. Strain it and take coconut milk.

Now add 2 cup of coconut milk and washed and soaked rice.Bring it to boil and cook it for 2 whistles in medium flame.
