Delicious dessert made with bread easy and tasty

Heat the milk in a pan, when milk comes to boil then remove 2 tbsp milk in one small bowl. Soak kesar threads keep a side then in a milk pan add 2 tbsp sugar,milk powder, cornflour mix it well. Cook for 10-12 min on slow flame, continue stirring and check the milk while making this rabdi. In the end add kesar milk into rabdi. Rabdi is ready now

Take bread slices, cut 1 bread into 4 piece triangle shape. Then dry roast the bread pieces on a tawa. Fry in Desi ghee till Golden brown and crispy from both the side(before frying we dry roast the bread because bread absorb less ghee while frying)

Heat another pan, add 1/2 cup water, add 4 tbsp sugar,elaichi powder. Cook for 3-4 min in medium flame

After that in one plate take fried bread slices, dip in sugar syrup, place on plate. After that pour rabdi over it and garnish with chopped almond, pistachios

Serve hot. It tastes heavenly, delicious.
