Wash dal add pinch of turmeric and 1 tbsp salt and take 3 whistles in a cooker and let it cool.

Take a bowl and make a dough mixing all spices as per ingredient. Make small balls out of it and roll thin chapati and cut it into pieces.

Keep a pan on low heat put vegetable oil, add mustard and jeera seeds let it splatter. Add all dry spices and mix for few seconds it should not burn add sufficient water and let it boil. Now add chapati pieces in the boiled water and let it cook for 10 mins stir occasionally as it should not stick to each other. Dal Dhokali ready to serve hot.
