Cut the bread slices into two halves diagonally so that you get 2 triangles.

In a bowl mix the besan and all the spices along with tomatoes and freshly chopped coriander leaves. Add water to have a flowy consistency.

Heat a nonstick pan apply oil, dip the bread slice in the batter and place it on the pan. Cook from both the sides.

Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
