Peel potatoes and prick with fork keep aside.

Heat oil in pan fry potatoes for 75% keep aside mix dry ginger powder and fennel powder in water.

Heat oil in pan add shahjeera black elaichi cloves red chilli powder hing add mixture of dry ginger powder and fennel powder add curd while adding curd slow down flame and keep stirring.

Again deep fry potatoes and add in gravy cook it serve with roti rice.
