Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupghee
  • Water
  • 1/2 tspcardamon powder
  • 2 tbspchopped almonds and cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep bottom kadhai. Put ghee.

  2. 2

    Add atta to ghee. Roast till golden brown. It turns aromatic.

    Add water slowly. Now add sugar to it. Mix it properly and cover for few minutes.

    Add cardamon powder, dry fruits. Serve hot.
