In a cooker add washed dal, water and cover the lid and cook till 5 whistle in a low flame

In a pan add oil, tempering, onion cook till translucent then add tomatoes and salt cook till soft

Add powder masala mention cook till oil seperates add mashed dal adjust water add coriander leaves and let it cook for a while

In a bowl add wheat flour, chickpea flour, ghee and salt mix then add water as required to prepare dough

Prepare balls and cook in low flame, both sides in appe pan using ghee..

In a mixer jar grind sugar and cardamom pods take it aside add cooked batti and grind coarsely

In a pan add ghee and dry roast powder add sugar powder, dry fruits and cook for while and it's done to serve...
