Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cuppoha or flattened rice
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 2 tbspPeanuts
  • 12curry leaves
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly soaked the Poha for 5 to 7 minutes.Then roast peanuts without adding oil. Remove poha in a plate and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now to the same kadai heat oil and add in mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli and saute it.Now add Poha, salt, turmeric powder and saute it, then add roasted peanuts saute it properly.

  3. 3

    Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot delicious👌😋❤ yummy Tasty poha with hot Tea.
