Put salt in the flour and add a little water and make it soft dough. Cover and keep it for 10 minutes, then soften it again with your Palm,then make balls from dough.

Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. then add onion and fry it, add the mashed potatoes and all the spices, fry them nicely and let them cool in a plate.

Make the balls with dough and role it little, put the potato-onion masala filling on it and close the dough with a little light and roll it lightly to make a parantha.

Heat the tava and put the paratha on it and fry it on a medium flame till turns golden-red from both sides. Serve hot, delicious onions potato paratha.
