Wash the lamb meat with salt and vinegar for about 30 mins then rinse it off well after

Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix it together

Marinate the lamb with the ingredients and cover it with cling wrap for one night

Cut the potatoes, carrots and celery as you desired. Put sweet paprika, olive oil a salt to taste and pepper.

Arrange the vegetable in a cooking pan and put the marinated lamb on top of it

Boil half glass of water and put one beef cubes and put it in the marinated lamb and cover with foil

Put in the over for about 1hr in medium heat. After half hour remove the foil and baked it for 30 mins.
