Steps

In a big plate put all purpose flour, salt, semolina and ghee.

Mix well.

Add powdered sugar and coconut milk mix well and knead into firm dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Make marble sized round of the dough. Flattened each round on to the back of a fork, pressing lightly. Roll the top so that you get a curled up shape.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry these kulkuls till golden brown on low medium heat.

Sprinkle sugar powder before serve.
