Lotus root (khati beh)

Wash and cut lotus root into pieces then boil them(30 minutes in dekchi)

Put oil in a dekchi then add tomatoes cumin fry them for 5 minutes then add salt red chilli green chilli boiled lotus roots yogurt and tamarind pulp

Cook for 20 minutes on low flame delicious khati beh is ready to serve 😍
