Ingredients

  1. Catfish
  2. Pepper
  3. Onion
  4. Season
  5. Spices
  6. Water
  7. Garlic (optional)
  8. 1little oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut off the fish into medium size and wash it

  2. 2

    Bland or grate pepper and slice onion chop garlic

  3. 3

    In a pot arrenged fish add sliced onion, chopped garlic, blanded pepper, add seasons spices pour average of water to cook the fish serve with plantain chips or yam.
