Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • Water for kneading dough
  • 2tspn salt
  • 2tspn red chilli powder
  • 1green chillies chopped
  • 1tspn chat masala
  • 1tspn amchur powder
  • Oil/ghee for cooking paratha

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all ingredients and knead semi soft dough.. (except oil).. Keep aside for 10 mints.. Now take a ball size and flatten it with rolling pin and cut in flower shape with the help of cookies cutter..

  2. 2

    Heat tawa and cook this flower shape paratha by applying oil/ghee on both side..Tasty flowers parathas are ready to serve.. Enjoy with butter or pickle..
