Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan add onion fry until soft.add bhindi fry on medium high heat for 6 minutes now remove onion and bhindi from pan

Now add 3 tablespoon oil in same pan.add all spices and 2 tablespoon water.fry for 1 minute.add tomato puree cook for 3 to 4 minutes until mix well snd oil ssparated.

Add fried bhindi and onion mixture.mix and add imli pulp and whole green cillies.cover and cook for 8 minute on very low heat.

After 8 minutes.open lid.add lemon juice.masala bhindi is ready to serve serve with paratha or roti.
