Ingredients

  • saag
  • 2 kgDesi saag
  • 1 1/2 kgSpinach
  • 125 gramsGreen chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • Gramflour (beson) 125 grams
  • 10 clovesGarlic
  • tardka
  • Onions slices 1 cup
  • Garlic slices 2 tbls
  • 2 tblsGinger Julien
  • 2 tblsGreen chillies
  • 1 cupDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash saag and spinach very well.

  2. 2

    Then put it together in Mattii handiya with salt, green chillies and garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    When it's hoiled and softend the add gram flour in it and cook it well. Cook it by using (ghotna).

  4. 4

    Fry onions in desi ghee when light golden then add garlic, ginger and green chillies fry for a minute then add it in prepared saag.

  5. 5

    Yummy desi saag is ready to serve with Garma garam roti.
