Mix the chicken with the marinade ingredients and let it sit for 2 hours, or you can marinate it overnight in the fridge. If you’re in a hurry, marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chicken and salt, and cook, stirring, until the chicken is cooked through and the liquid has evaporated.

Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the tortilla or saj bread as desired, then add the cooked chicken, pickles, and cheese.

Toast the wrap in a sandwich press or skillet until warm. Enjoy!
