Ingredients

  1. 1 packetmaggi
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1/2grated ginger
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. 1/2 cupfinely chopped cauliflower
  7. 2carrot chopped
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  11. 4 glasswater
  12. 1 tsptomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat water.when it starts boiling.add all veggies.boil on medium flame for about 6 min.add maggi and maggi masala and cook for 2min more.now add salt and black pepper.1 tsp tomato sauce.turn off the flame
