Ingredients

2 minutes
2 - 3 servings
  • 1 cupchopped fresh coconut
  • 1 tbspchana dal
  • 1 tbsppeanuts
  • 2-3chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsptamarind piece
  • to tasteSalt
  • ForTempering :
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1-2dry red chilli
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

2 minutes
  1. 1

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

    Transfer them (except tempering ingredients) to the grinder and blend it smooth.

    Prepare the tempering: Heat oil add curry leaves, dry red chilli and mustard seeds. Let them crackle.

    Transfer the prepared chutney in a serving bowl. Pour the tempering over the chutney and serve.
