Steps

Take a pan add 1 cup sugar & 1/2 cup water,saffron strands to make a jalebi jasni.

Take a mixing bowl add crumbled paneer, maida,1tsp sugar, baking soda mix well & make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Take a ball roll it on your palm fold it to make round shape.

Deep-fry it properly.dip with sugar syrup more than 2 hours.

After 2 hours paneer jalebi is ready to eat.

Serve the yummy,soft paneer jalebi.
