Crab sukka masala

Take a wide bottom pan, add oil, jeera, curry leaves.

Now add onion tomato and cook till soft. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.

Add turmeric, salt, sugar, red chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya powder and mix well.

Add the crabs and 1cup water and cook for 10 mins on low flame till water evaporates.

Once the crab changes colour, Now add fresh coconut and little water and cook for 10 mins by covering
- 6
Serve hot with your favourite bread.
