Using up ripe bananas, this is gr8 for snack and energy boost.its very healthy and the sugars are all natural from the date and banana but it's sweet enough not needing honey as well...Here the recipe makes a textured milkshake due to the date pieces also if you add few cashews nuts makes it even more healthy and thickens makes creamy too...InshaAllah it's good for breakfast or even anytime to refresh..also makes a great suhur(before down meal in ramadhan) drink/snack .or even at iftar...and banana is ful of potassium which is great for sporting ...so if you prefer smoother milkshake, make adjustment and if you prefer other types of nuts try them and see..altogether this can be made according to your health needs as well, inshaallah!
