Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef pasinday/boti
  2. 1 tbspmeat tenderiser
  3. 1 Cyogurt
  4. 1 Cbrown onions
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspgram flour toasted
  10. 2 tbspcoconut powder toasted
  11. 1 tbsppoppy seeds washed and toasted
  12. 1/2 tspall spice powder
  13. Oil as required
  14. Coal for smoke
  15. 3-4green chillies
  16. Fresh coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the spices in the meat and marinade for 1-2 hours.

    Heat oil and the marinated meat in it.

  3. 3

    Add 1-2C of water and let it cook on low flame until meat is done and oil comes to the surface.

    Give coal smoke. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies.
