Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted chana
  2. 3/4 cuppowder sugar
  3. 1/2 cupdesi ghee

    Grind chana into a fine powder and seive it.

    In a hot kadhai roast chana powder for 3-4 minutes, and then add it to a bowl.

    In the same kadhai add ghee and hot it. Add roasted chana in ghee and mix it well for 3-4 minutes. Continuously stir it.

    Switch off the flame. Now, add powdered sugar or boora. Mix well again with spoon. (you can increase or decrease the sugar quantity according to your taste).

    Make sure that there are no lumps in the mixture. To make the ladoo out of this mixture grease your palms with few drops of ghee. Take a small portion of mixture in your hand and press it with both hands. Then shape it into a round ball.

    Press it hard so that it does not tear apart while picking it up. Chana laddoos are ready to eat. Store it in air tight container. Enjoyyy...
