  • Yam
  • Pepper & onion (blended)
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Spinach
  • Crayfish
  • 1 tinsardine
  • Palm oil & veg. Oil
  • Sachettomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash, put the yam in a pot, add salt & cook the yam. Strain & set aside when cooked

    Add both palm oil & veg. Oil in a pot, pour in the blended pepper & onion. Fry

    Add the sachet tomato, crayfish, seasoning cubes, sardine. Stir. Allow for 5mins.

    Now add the spinach. Stir & serve
