Ingredients

  1. 10-12soyachunk
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped tomato
  4. 2 tablespoonchopped capsicum
  5. 2-3 tablespoonboiled green peas
  6. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonginger paste
  8. 2 tablespoonoil
  9. 1 teaspoonbutter
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 tablespoonPav bhaji masala
  14. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  15. 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  16. as neededGrated cheese for garnish
  17. as neededPav

Cooking Instructions

    Soak soyachunk into hot water for 30 minutes. Then strain water. Squeeze water from soyachunk with hand and scrumble them.

    In a pan heat oil. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped tomato and capsicum. Saute till oil seperates. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and bhaji Pau masala. Add little water and mix well.

    Add scrambledsoyachunk and mix well. Add salt, chopped coriander leaves and butter. Add boiled green peas. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Cook for couple of minutes.

    Put some grated cheese on bhurji and serve with pav.
