Chop into small bits. Make as much as possible and Freeze the remaining rice

Cauliflower Rice
For Cauliflower Rice Wash cauliflower and pat dry (to avoid it getting soggy) Either grate it or blend it in nutribullet. Chop into small bits. Make as much as possible and Freeze the remaining rice

All the ingredients (except for cauliflower rice) till soft. Add a splash of water to soften carrots (optional)

Add Cauliflower rice, mid and cook for 7-10 minutes till it’s done. Season and serve

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
