Grind cashew nuts in a mixer and make fine powder.

Heat a pan and add sugar and water on low flame make syrup keep stirring continuously until it becomes 1 string form.

Now add cashew powder and cardamom powder and mix well till it starts to release the pan.

When it starts leaving add ghee, melt it completely and dough is formed to leaving the pan.

Now turn off the gas and transfer dough on greased butter paper. Knead the dough till becomes smooth cover it with butter paper.

Now roll the dough with rolling pin. Cut the edge and then cut the kaju katli fy getting diamond shape. Decorate with silver vark.
