Grate the carrots, cut the all dry fruits

Pour ghee into kadhai and lets heat it, after heating add grated carrots.

After five minutes pour the boiled milk into the kadhai. And leave the kadhai on medium flame till the milk dries up.

When milk is about to dry lets add all the dry fruits and stire it gently.

After ward add khoya and again stire it till the complete milk disappear.

And lastly I will add sugar and will cook for another 10 min. Now halwa is ready to serve.
