Ingredients

  • Shair
  • Salt
  • Seasonings
  • Grated ginger and garlic
  • Carrots(cut into strips)
  • Green beans
  • Grated peppers
  • Diced onions
  • Tomato paste
  • Diced Fried meat
  • Water
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook shair until soft strain and put aside

  2. 2

    In a pot add in oil, allow to heat

  3. 3

    Add in tomato paste,meat and diced peppers and fry

  4. 4

    Add in carrots, green beans, salt, seasonings,garlic, ginger and stir

  5. 5

    Add in little water, allow to boil

  6. 6

    Add in the shair and diced onions, stir and allow to cook for 5 mins

  7. 7

    Enjoy
