Wash and Soak green moongbeans for 8 hrs.wash and Soak rice for 4 hours.wash paalak and Chop it.Chop onion.In a mixi jar add Soaked Moong beans,rice,chillies,Ginger and Chopped paalak.(green fresh methi or Coriander can also be used.)Add some water.

Blend smooth batter.Take out the mixture in a mixing bowl.Add Cumin seeds,salt,chopped onion.Mix well.If needed add water to make batter of dosa like consistency.On a hot griddle,sprinkle some water,then wipe it.Keep the flame medium.spread batter on it.Apply oil in center and surrounding.

When cooked,flip it to other side and Cook till golden brown and crisp.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
